Mmmmm, I love chocolate--almost any kind as long as it hasn't been spoiled with coconut or caramel. I know, that's bound to be someone's favorite, but it's the sort that I bite into and actually throw away.

Fudge--I love it, and thankfully it's now a memory until next Christmas.

And truffles. Especially the ones that I buy at Trader Joe's. Organic French Truffles: "Best savored at room temperature (not chilled!). These traditional truffles are smooth with no outer shell. Take heed and be preprared to lick your fingers as the cocoa smoothness can be unruly. Enjoy these Organic Truffles for a trifle."

(I love Trader Joe's blurbs on their packages--and it's exactly what I did when I ate one.)

Let's see 36 seconds..... OOOOooooo! Eeyore you got the chocolate fondue dipped strawberry!

White chocolate turtle. There's two ways I could go with this. It's either a solid, turtle-shaped chocolate or one of those patty shaped things of nuts and caramel topped with chocolate. I think I'll go with the solid chocolate.

Chambord is a French black raspberry liqueur.

Who cares about healthy? Really this is probably the healthiest chocolate binge ever.

Mmm. Maybe I can get that again. I really need some chocolate right now.

You folks are really trying to broaden my knowledge of liqueurs, I think--dark chocolate with frangelica???? But I keep getting lucky with the dark chocolate.

Sorry I misspelled it. It is really Frangelico "the original hazelnut liqueur."

Milk chocolate with caramel center (much better than camel as I originally typed it)-- the perfect appetiser! Now I'm off to dinner.
