Ooooh, there are so many! I think I best relate to Gilbert Grape. Depp really nailed that role.

It depends what you mean by "celebrity"; if you define a celebrity as someone famous for being famous, then none of them. Many people are famous for doing good works or for educating the public, so those are the ones I would praise.

I just Googled "most charitable celebrity" and it turns out to be Michael Jackson. OK, maybe I need to rethink my criteria...

How would you define a celebrity?

Well, nowadays "celebrities" are considered to be people who are famous for being famous, but I suppose "celebrities" used to be the real stars.

Ruth's got a little fuzzy polar bear ornament, and my mum in law has put a little note against it saying "My name is Knut, ich bin ein Berliner." I love my mum in law, she likes leaving notes around the house (like "*atchoo*, it sure is dusty in here" on the bathroom fan. It's still dusty.)

Talking about dusty, how dusty is your place? I've found mine gets much dustier than Ruth's.

Not very - I am not the world's best housekeeper but I hate dust so I make my poor cleaning lady dust under the beds and behind furniture where dust accumulates. We have mostly hardwood floors, so that means dust is more free-floating than houses with carpets.

How often do you change your sheets?

Not incredibly dusty, but then we have no central heating or cooling system to stir up the dust. (I just finished dusting, as a matter of fact.)

Does your house have carpets or hard floors?

It used to be mostly carpets except the downstairs kitchen and dining room, but then I got home a few days ago after a few months away and the whole house is hardwood except my parents' bedroom.

Hmm, that's difficult, my parents never took us to the movies or let us watch them on TV. I finally took myself to see Star Wars when I was 15 or so, which became a firm favourite for a loooong time. Oh, and I loved Sissi too (especially the third film).

Masks, usually of any kind. I was scared to death of people in masks...and clowns.

Do you have any health ailments (backaches, migraines, arthritis, etc.) that you want to admit to?

Nope, Harry Potter is my only fandom. I'm not into sci-fi, don't care for comic books, and can't get interested in anything on television...that covers most of non-HP fandom.

What do you do to relax?

I don't know how to relax. It's a complete pain. When I'm all wired up I can lay awake all night. Doesn't do my complexion much good, I tells ya.
