Yes, because I have a cat and dog. Kitty got a bad cold just around the time the scandal broke and I worried about it. But he's better and his food isn't on the list. But I'm keeping track of the story.

What's your opinion of American Idol (or Canadian Idol, or whatever Idol you have in your country)?

I never watch it, but it seems to do some good as far as discovering new talent, at least in America. Not so much here, which is odd, because we invented the bloody show. But that woman who went on hunger strike for two weeks because someone she didn't like hadn't been kicked off? Weird.

What sort of news do you most read (entertainment, science, current affairs, lifestyle, scandals etc.)?

Haven't seen it; don't intend to. What's the point of watching Phantom if you can't have a chandelier fall on your head?

You're not the only one, but I don't. A lot of my friends do though. I love the Caramilk eggs. I'm not sure if they have them in the states because I don't think they have Caramilk bars there (at least they didn't in New Hampshire when I was there a month ago), but they're basically the same thing as the cream eggs except with caramel in the middle. Yummmmmy

A small local chocolate factory makes the best chocolate bars. I just love going in there because the smell of chocolate is all through the factory.

Cour, I've never heard of Caramilk. Hershey's makes all Cadbury chocolate in the US so it tastes different than in the U.K., which you probably what you get in Canada. I remember learning it's because of the type of oil used. But the Creme Eggs are the same everywhere. They're only made in England and shipped into the U.S.

Edited: Looked it up and Caramilk is the same as Caramello bars, which we do have in the U.S. I can't get started on those things or I'll eat a ton.

An extremely popular dish in PA at Easter, have you ever eaten eggs pickled in beet juice?

No, and I can't say that I ever intend on trying them.

It's sad, you can't get any of my favourite chocolate bars in the States. I didn't know that until a few years ago, when I spent a few minutes in a convenience store in Maine trying to find Smarties.

What is your favourite TV show?

It was for a little while this morning and has been on and off for a few days, which is really weird because last week we were all wearing T-shirts. But that's Canada for you.

Did you have an egg hunt this morning?

No, nor yesterday morning either. It's never been a tradition over here, though I think it's becoming popular amongst the Celtic Tiger cubs. Young 'uns these days. I'm just jealous because I'm too old for all that now.

No.. but purses to me are like shoes to other women: you can never have too many. So if you like a purse a lot and feel the need to have it in two different colours, go for it!

studying for my exams, which start in a week's time. I should also go see a doctor about my back (I've been in fairly constant pain whenever I move for about five days now), especially considering I told my parents I would and it's my dad's birthday today so I can't even avoid calling them until I've done it.

Wow - that's a toughie. Horrible is such a strong word, I know many weak people and many careless and stupid people and many terribly shallow people but no one I truly consider horrible. I know OF many people I consider to be horrible - most of them either criminals or politicians (or both) but I don't know anyone personally who would qualify. Sorry.

What temptation can't you resist?

Good food!

*thinks about horrible people*

I know a guy who does not empathise with people. He will get a girl by playing on her emotions, make her emotionally attached to him, and then be extremely vile to her. He told a girl who had been brought up by her grandmother to "get over it" when she was upset when her grandmother died. I'm so glad his last girlfriend refused to get emotionally attached and told him where to shove it. I went out with him for two weeks, and he dumped me by e-mail, while we were sitting in the same room. This guy is truly horrible.

Do you Wilf?
