I guess Theo was distracted by the Snape-impersonator we asked in - he does look nice on those long greyish undies, doesn't he? But I don't think Snape ever had muscles like that - he's been too reliant on magic and students for manual labor.

There were some really good Snape's at Phoenix Rising, too. I'll have to find my pictures and post them.

I'd worry that we won't be done with the beer in time but I think we'll need some of those bottles for after reading Book 7.

Ohhh, AMC, I didn't think about that. Yeah, we're going to need to add some firewhiskey to the mix. Maybe a few bottles of wine, also. Have any of you tried Godiva Liqueur? Oh my gosh! Mix with some milk and a bit of chocolate syrup and you have one tasty chocolate milk. You don't even need the chocolate syrup. I got some when I was making candy at Easter and it's just heavenly.

Accio had an excellent Snape who was a lollipop lady by day.

I got some Godiva truffles the other day, I wasn't impressed, but maybe their other chocolates are nicer?

I was pretty shocked at our faithful House-Elf!

Martje, 25 years ago Godiva was awesome. To me, these days they're just pretty sugar cubes - no real chocolate in there to speak of. But it could be that I've changed too - I used to like milk chocolate.

A Belgian friend of mine once brought chocolates, and they were to die for. I think they were Godiva, actually. They must make better ones for the Belgian market (figures!).

I actually don't eat Godiva chocolate, but the liqueur is good. We have a local chocolate factory that makes their own chocolate from scratch and it's the best you've ever had. The store is attached to the factory and the smell is just heavenly.

Jo, we have one too and I would pick them over Godiva any day of the week. They have two stores here in town and one up in Marquette (where I'll be getting my book). I think I might wander down and get a box of Bertie Bott's beans (they sell Jelly Belly's too).

There's a McVities biscuit factory near here. I can't stand their biscuits, but the smell of the factory is wonderful.

I though it was just me! Didn't the price of cocoa go up a few years ago? It seems that the quality of chocoalte went down hill after that. The chocolate makers have gone to using other things to boost the flavour. All I taste, except in really good chocoalte, is sugar. That's why I tend to like chocolate as an accent flavour more than the only flavour. Godiva's chocolate dipped monster blackberries are good though. The pumpkin truffles are also delicious.

Ahem, AMC, the correct coast? Don't you enjoy blizzards in the winter, rain in the spring, and raging humidity in the summer? The East Coast is soooo wonderful.

Between the pain pill, the turkey I just feasted on, and the butterbeer, I'm ready to pass out. I must not or I'll be wide awake at 4:00am going mad about getting my book.

I feel your pain, AMC. Unfortunately, it seems I am the only one out of my companions and family to finish the book entirely. So, I am naturally placed under a gag order.
